Founder and CEO Terry O’Connor brings more than 40 years of experience in government surplus and fleet operations. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Terry later worked in Iraq and Afghanistan for the Department of Defense. From 1996 through 2026, he owned and operated Southern Interceptors in North Carolina, specializing in the sale and service of vehicles and equipment. His experience also includes managing facilities and fleets, serving on the board of the Fleet Maintenance Managers Association, authoring MRAP Recovery in Today’s Battlefield Environment for the U.S. Army Publishing Directorate, and holding U.S. patents related to vehicle recovery and push-bumper equipment.
